This is a 4 strand, hemp turk's head.
with the light, sometimes it is hard to see all four strands, but essentially
how it works is you start with enough material to wrap around your wrist three
times with each tail reaching from sternum height to the ground. you start
braiding the three loops on your arm pulling through one of the tails. the
fewer bites you have in the loop around your wrist, the more strands you'll
be able to weave through, and the wider your finished turk's head will be.
